Logging a Ticket via Web Form

1. Access the Support Ticket Page: 
   - Go to [https://aolc.co.za/](https://aolc.co.za/).
   - Click "Client Zone" and select "Support Ticket."

2. Complete the Form:
   - Enter Subject, Name, Email, and choose Department and Priority if applicable.
   - Describe your issue, attach files if needed, and agree to Terms & Conditions.

3. Submit Your Ticket:
   - Click "Submit" to send your ticket.

4. Confirmation and Tracking:
   - Receive a confirmation message and ticket number.
   - Monitor ticket status on the website.
