How to Accept a Contract Estimate & Sign Your SLA Agreement

Step-by-step guide to help you complete your Contract Estimate and SLA signing process.

📌 Step 1: Accepting the Contract Estimate

  1. You will receive an email from AOLC with a Contract Estimate Link.

  2. Click on the link in the email.

  3. You will be redirected to a CRM web pageno login details are needed at this stage.

  4. Review the contract estimate and follow the prompts to accept it.

📌 Step 2: Signing the SLA Contract

Once you’ve accepted the estimate, AOLC will send you the formal SLA contract for signing.

Here's what to do:

  1. Open the email with the SLA contract.

  2. Click the link provided in the email.

  3. You will be taken to the AOLC CRM Portal login page.

  4. Once logged in:

    • Go to Contract Management

    • Select Contract SLA

    • Find your SLA contract (Format: ContractName_12_etc)

    • Click on the contract to open it

  5. Review the contract thoroughly.

  6. When ready, click Sign (top-right corner).

  7. After signing, click Accept.

  8. A copy of the signed SLA will be sent to your email for your records.
