Step-by-step guide to help you complete your Contract Estimate and SLA signing process.
📌 Step 1: Accepting the Contract Estimate

You will receive an email from AOLC with a Contract Estimate Link.

Click on the link in the email.

You will be redirected to a CRM web page — no login details are needed at this stage.

Review the contract estimate and follow the prompts to accept it.
📌 Step 2: Signing the SLA Contract
Once you’ve accepted the estimate, AOLC will send you the formal SLA contract for signing.
Here's what to do:

Open the email with the SLA contract.

Click the link provided in the email.

You will be taken to the AOLC CRM Portal login page.

Once logged in:

Go to Contract Management

Select Contract SLA
-
Find your SLA contract (Format:
ContractName_12_etc
) -
Click on the contract to open it

Review the contract thoroughly.

When ready, click Sign (top-right corner).

After signing, click Accept.

A copy of the signed SLA will be sent to your email for your records.
