How to View and Download Your Account Statements

You can access, view, and download your company’s statements directly via the AOLC Client Portal. This guide outlines the steps to help you manage your billing records efficiently.

Step-by-Step: Accessing Your Statements

  1. Log into the Portal
    Visit https://crm.aolc.co.za and log in using your credentials.

  2. Go to “View Account Statement”
    Once logged in, navigate to the “View Account Statement” section in your dashboard or menu.

3. Select a Statement

  • You’ll see a list of available statements (usually organised by date).

  • Click on the statement you’d like to view.

  • Use filters or search if you're looking for a specific time period.

4. View the Statement

  • The statement will open directly in your browser.

  • Review the details to confirm charges, dates, and services.

Download or Print

  • Use the download or print icons to save or print your statement.

  • You may also download the PDF from within your browser or PDF reader.
